Hey brother 👋

So I spent some good time going through your store properly all 4,000+ products, the setup, everything.

I want to share what I found. Not just problems, but real things we can do that will directly bring in more sales. I put it all together below so it's easy to read.

First the good news. What you already have running with CCombox is solid. Daily videos, posting to social platfrom that's real work and it brings people to your store.

But once those visitors land on your site, there's no system to convert them, no way to bring them back, nothing to follow up. That's the gap. And that's exactly what I want to fix 👇

✅ CCombox already handles

  • Daily product videos with voice-over
  • Auto-posting to social platforms
  • Paid ad campaigns

⚠️ What's still missing

  • Recovering abandoned carts
  • Following up with past customers
  • Collecting reviews automatically
  • Festival & seasonal email campaigns
  • 24/7 WhatsApp sales assistant

Everything I'm proposing below works alongside CCombox not instead of it. Two different jobs. No overlap. Think of CCombox as the thing that brings people to the door. What's below is the system that actually gets them to buy 🙂

Here are the 10 things I'd focus on sorted by what makes the fastest difference first. Each one is practical and connects directly to what you already have in WooCommerce 👇

10 Things That Will Move the Needle for RELTRA

Sorted by fastest impact first — no redesign, no disruption.

Automatically ask customers for reviews 🟢 Quick win

Right now you have only 16 Trustpilot reviews — despite years of sales. That's a trust problem. New customers check reviews before they buy. A simple automated message (WhatsApp + email, 3 days after delivery) asks them to leave one, with a direct link. Easy to set up, runs on its own forever.

📈 More reviews = more strangers trust your shop = more sales
🛒
Recover abandoned carts 🟢 Quick win

70% of people who add something to the cart leave without buying. Right now nothing happens when they leave. A 3-step follow-up (WhatsApp after 1 hour, email after 1 day, reminder after 3 days) brings a good chunk of them back. This is money sitting on the table right now.

📈 Recover 15–25% of lost carts — no extra ad spend needed
🎉
Festival campaign emails & WhatsApp messages 🟢 Quick win

Your store already has Diwali, Holi, Christmas categories, that's the hard part already done. We just set up a calendar that automatically messages the right customers 10–14 days before each festival. If someone bought Diwali products last year, they'll buy again this year. They just need a reminder at the right time.

📈 Sales spike before every major festival, every year — automatic
🤖
AI WhatsApp assistant — answers 24/7 🟡 Medium-term

Customers with specific questions "do you have 'x' cosmetics?", "which incense is good for puja?" currently either have to wait or just leave. An AI bot connected to your WhatsApp answers these instantly, sends direct product links, and handles order status questions. Works nights, weekends, holidays. Always selling.

📈 Turn every WhatsApp question into a sale — even when you're offline
🧭
A short quiz to help visitors find products 🟡 Medium-term

When someone lands on a 4,000+ product store without knowing where to go, they often leave. A simple 3-question quiz "What's your faith?", "What's the occasion?", "What's your budget?" gives them a personalized product shortlist in 60 seconds. Turns confusion into a clear path to checkout.

📈 More visitors actually find something and add it to cart
✍️
Rewrite all 4,000+ product descriptions with AI 🟡 Medium-term

A lot of products in a big catalog end up with short or empty descriptions. This hurts two things: Google doesn't rank those pages well, and customers don't feel confident buying. AI can rewrite all of them in bulk — culturally aware, faith-sensitive, in your brand voice. Done once, helps forever.

📈 Better Google rankings + more customers clicking "Add to Cart"
🔍
SEO landing pages for festivals & faith categories 🔵 Long-term

Pages targeting searches like "Diwali pooja supplies Netherlands" or "where to buy Buddhist prayer beads in Holland" — written with AI and optimised with Rank Math (which you already have installed). Each page is a permanent traffic source. Every page you publish today will earn visitors for years. You just need the system to keep publishing them.

📈 Free Google traffic from high-intent searches — compounds over time
🏪
Better onboarding for wholesale buyers 🟡 Medium-term

When a wholesale account is approved right now, nothing happens — they just get access. A simple welcome sequence over the first week (what categories are available, how to order, current bestsellers for their faith segment) directly increases the size of the first order. Wholesale buyers are your most profitable customers — they deserve a proper welcome.

📈 Bigger first orders from wholesale buyers + they come back faster
🔁
Loyalty system + automatic re-order reminders 🔵 Long-term

Religious purchases repeat every year — festivals come back, incense and candles run out. A system that sends "Diwali is coming — time to restock?" to the customers who bought Diwali products last year turns your existing customer base into a reliable repeat revenue engine. Add a points system on top and it compounds further.

📈 Existing customers keep coming back — without any extra ad spend

That's all 9. Quick summary of the badge colours in case it helps:

🟢 Quick win — can be live within a couple of weeks, fast results
🟡 Medium-term — takes a bit more setup but pays off well
🔵 Long-term — builds value over months and years, compounds

And just to be clear brother none of this touches what CCombox is doing. Their work stays exactly as it is. These are the pieces that sit on top and turn those visitors into actual buyers 💪

I'd start with ideas 1, 2 and 3 — they're the fastest to set up and will show results within the first month. After that we can work through the rest in whatever order makes sense for you.

Let me know what you think!
